The Sweater Revolution

Here I am back on the scene with a piece i can't wait to share with you.
I am slowly becoming more attracted to sweaters with every winter that goes by and this year I will confess that I have a new favorite.

As seen here I have on grey and navy tribal sweater that is just every bit of fabulous as it is warm.
It features a reverse tuxedo effect, the back is short and the front sides are long with tassels at the perimeter.
You can wear this to work in the office or to the mall or the movies.
I just love versatile pieces!

The Butterfly Effect

These last few days have been nothing short of beautiful and of course I have an outfit to prove just that.
Here I have decided to go back to the basics with black and white ( butterfly effect) to show that they too are perfect for this weather.
Simply chic with clean lines is my favorite look , because of the diversity to be dressed up or down. This was the direction I went in with this look and I couldn't be happier with the results.
Here it is!
As seen here I have on a black and white pin stripe button down shirt from  LOFT.
This top is classic and feminine which is a definite plus for any chic lady in the summer.
The rolled sleeves add a sense of casual to what most would consider a work look.
I added a simple black cotton pencil skirtto tie this outfit together.
You can find similar skirts in H&M  or  Burlington Coat Factory.
I love this skirt because it's extremely comfortable and stylish. Basics are a necessity for any fashion lover so my suggestion is you find some that you really love, stock up on them.
My accessories also follow the basic rule! My elaborate layered  white necklace is perfect for the neckline shape that is left by the blouse.
You can find similar jewelry from JCPenney.
As for my shoes I have on classic pointed toe black suede stilettos from Prima Donna.
Simply Chic is the way to go!
Stylish yet comfortable , always my favorite looks of choice.
A definite staple for an afternoon lunch out.
I love the way it creates a sleek look that an edgy fashionista cannot do without.
I encourage you to try it!

Easter Sunday Dressed****

Since my last post I had everyone guessing about what I was going to wear today!

Without further  delay I will reveal which dress I chose and why.
I decided on this beautiful purple and pink floral dress from Burlington Coat Factory. This is very typical Easter. I  am not a traditional Easter dress girl but this year I decided to go this route.
This fit and flare dress just fit like a glove from the moment I put it on. I fell in love with the feminine pastel shades!

My favorite part would have to be the cascading florals and "Pockets"! I love simply chic fashion that is functional!
Who doesn't love fabulous and chic looks that can do well for your everyday lifestyle.
I have this paired with a light pink stone statement necklace. You can find similar looks at Prima Donna.

I added some irredecent champagne sing backs that are chic and complimentary  to  this dress.
You can find similar shoes to these at Aldo.

I chose this dress because it is very feminine and pretty. Usually I go the sassy route but you have to learn to be different and let them know you can change it up.

The flow is very romantic and calm so why not take in all that the spring trends have to offer.

Happy Easter Sunday to all!!!!! Remember what this day is all about!
The Resurrection of Our Lord & Savior!!!

Chic Yet Cozy***

In this frigid cold weather, sometimes it's difficult to find a simply chic look to get  you through a cozy date night with that someone special!

Here is a cute look that I hope to inspire you with!
Here I'm seen wearing a metallic silver sweater from H&M.
This sweater s sheer and excellent as a transitional piece! You can wear it for all seasons and still look fabulous. Plus it gives you some extra sparkle for a night on the town.
To pair with it I have on sage green denim jeans. You can find similar jeans at Old Navy!
Cool fall colored denim is always fun and refreshing.
As for my accessories a bit of color mix wouldn't hurt ! I have a beautiful glitter grey infinity scarf from H&M.
I have on champagne iridescent sling back stilettos .

You can find similar at Marshall's.
I have a silver metallic clutch from Aldo.

This look is a favorite of mine because it's a simply chic look that is easy to achieve!
An outfit that is fashionable and functionally is always a win win!

I hope this look will give you some inspiration!
