Torn Denim Chic

I remember a time when wearing torn jeans meant you either got into a fight or you didn't have the money to buy a new pair! Now in the fashion world it is a trend that is making ripples in street style everywhere!
Today I decided to join in on this street style statent and indulge. 
Here I have on my torn denim that are from Old Navy and happened to be a DIY project. I love how comfortable their jeans are so I bought a pair and tore them myself with scissors where so wanted and then put them in the dryer.
They turned out great!
I added my favorite blue crop top and went straight to add my favorite accessories!

Ladies I am aware that this can be a bit a a risk with the crop top but it can be done even if you aren't a size zero or two. The trick is get the top two sizes bigger which will allow more drapery from the material causing the style to be more forgiving!
Accessories I added today were a plated gold necklace and my favorite gold spike bracelet. These pieces are simple and chic. I went with gold stilettos from Nine West with beading!
This look is great because it can go for day or night effortlessly. 
Also it can be a great for date night!
Ladies always remember to be true to yourself because you're beautiful and amazing just the way you are!

Spring into Florals

I am at the present moment all about that spring into floral  life. I am enjoying the plenty of neutral with rich wen colors. In a way it's all coming together to inspire the creativity of my soul.
With that being said I couldn't help but to push forward in my endeavors of the day in a chic way of course.
Today I am loving the floral wrap skirt by Worthington. It is so chic and feminine. This piece of art transcends you to fashionable space of the island. 
To pair it off I added a feminine and sheer blouse by Worthington as well in a more subtle cream color. This piece is great for your wardrobe in the greatest sense because it can be a staple item that is extremely versatile.
At the present moment I decided to add a solid silver plated chain for drama as an accessory. Most people would say it doesn't go in the direction you want but the trick is to add something different and unexpected because it shows the outfit has an edginess.

Shades are always a plus because there is nothing like being just that much invisible.

Sweatshirts & Denim

Today I am feeling very chic inspired! The only thing is I am having a feeling of comfort as well. To solve this little problem I decided to merge two looks and create this comfy chic ensemble that I will be wearing today.
Loving the sunlight and enjoying the rays I decided to wear a chic pencil skirt fromWorthington. I know people think that you have to be ultra thin to wear them but quite the contrary. If you have hips and thighs like I do it actually brings more attention and definition to the skirt itself. Ladies conquer the pencil skirt!
As I mentioned earlier I did want to be comfortable so I decided to wear my favorite ultra soft sweater from JoeBoxer and a denim vest.
This also works as plus because it's a little chilly out. Also the sweater bulges and is very forgiving so ladies even when it's that time of the month, this look is definately an option.
For accessories I added a silver heart pendent necklace and silver studs to keep this look simple. Then I grabbed some shades. You know you don't need people staring at you before you've had your  coffee!!!
This look is great inspo for a day out with the girls on Saturday afternoon. Stay fabulous at all times ladies no matter what! Be true to yourself and your style no matter what.

Coral Trend Takeover

Lately everywhere you turn there has been nothing but color, color, and more colors!
This is the sheer beauty of the spring time! The new hit trending color right about now is Coral!
On my day to day fashion journey I have been noticing the momentum about coral in plenty of gorgeous shades.
Here I have one of my favorite pieces in coral that everyone should admire. This coral number is from the Kardashian Collection in Sears.
Ladies here at Fashion Kulture I believe in style for every size and fashion for every figure so believe me I wouldn't tell you to wear something that wasn't for you.
Now this dress is really for a curvy girl with top and hips. This will make the outfit pop. This dress also comes in plus sizes so everyone can enjoy and indulge in fashion trends for this spring!

Turquoise Days

Spring is finally here and I couldn't be more excited. This is the time for beautiful colors and multiple amazing fabrics.
Today is #FKTipsTuesday and what better way to spend it than with a fashion forward tip!
Today the tip is mix your textures!
Don't be afraid to mix textures from piece to piece throughout your outfit. I know this might seem difficult especially if your conscious about your shape. Love this trend because it's flattering for all including myself.
Today in light of #FKTipsTuesday I went with a beautiful turquoise inspired look.
I have a beautiful turquoise ribbed tank with hard wash Guess jeans. To create some drama I rolled up the jeans legs so that you could admire the beauty and detail in the turquoise sandals that are from shoedazzle.com . 
Being that the weather is still unstable I added some chic accessories to adapt to these changes!
I added a khaki blazer from Old Navy and a cute beanie hat for that boho chic look.
For jewelry I added a gold and white plated necklace, some clear studs, and  fabulous aviators with a gorgeous taupe clutch from New York &Co.
Here I have mixed a couple of materials from ribbed cotton tank, khaki jacket, denim and leather clutch you can go wild with it. Indulge in this trend and enjoy this tip. Be encouraged to break through your own insecurities and be fashionably bold to make a statement!

Spring jewels

Plenty of new trends are springing into place lately! There are so many options to choose from but here I'm going to mention one!
The beautiful spring colored jewels are all the rage in the fashion world. Colors are making a splash right now wether it be light and beautiful pastels or neon shades.
Adding pops of color is a way to add depth to an outfit. The details then add even more depth and cause a more sleek elegance to your outfits.
Whether it be crystals, huge gems, or rustic plated patterns spring is taking over the jewelry world!

Purely chic

In essence of the shifting in weather I did notice that fashion and style must respond.
Just like I meantioned on #fkTipsTuesdays white is all the rage moving forward. Also I wanted to mention that now is cruise and yacht season which is why white is becoming such a hot commodity!
In the warmer months many people are also known for attending all white parties and throwing them.
With all this being said I have been lead to try some Grecian godess white looks and see how they look.
Here I have on a Grecian white dress with 
With flowing white sleeves and beautiful lace detailing down the middle. Then i became bold and Acessorized by  I adding a white and silver head piece. You don't have to buy an expensive one ladies! Here I just got creative! 
You can wear all white acessories like I did or add pieces with color.
Also you can wear bright colored jewelry if you would like to bring attention to you from head to toe!
Pops if color can cause people to recieve the outfit in it's entirety!
After all it's spring ladies! Spring into fashionable trends and be bold enough try something new like I did.
Now if Grecian dresses aren't for you it's okay. You can apply the all white chic trend with any style!

Candy Stripes!

Like any other day I ask myself the most important question. What am I going to wear today? Well today I decided on a more classic look. I am feeling stripes!
I wore my lavender and white stripes button down shirt. I also grabbed my black sweater that is also has vertical stripes. 
By wearing layers that has patterns going in the same direction it makes it easier on the eyes.
To make this look become more casual I threw on a pair of my favorite skinny jeans. If you want the look to be more cohesive you can wear black jeans instead of blue. Whichever works for you. The idea is to take these looks as inspiration for you to make your style shine through.
I added my heavy plated black and silver necklace to add some drama.
The kicker is the heels! Classic pumps that keep this look sassy and classy. This is definately a date night option!
Just remember to stay in the know about trends and add your own twist.

Today is #FKTipsTuesday and I am here offering today's tip. The tip for today is your White Essentials.
Usually I would not suggest you wear white until the summer is in full swing. In fashion I will say that it is important to know the rules, but more important to know when to break them.
Right now it's all about white blazers and jackets.
Since it is #FKTipsTuesday I went out in search of a great white essential find for you my fellow fashionistas. Today I found that the a Kardashian Kollection has some great white Essential finds! The great part of it is that they are at reasonable prices. 
Also ladies don't feel that because your curvy you would be left out, they have ALL sizes in stores.

Something New

Today we are inching closer to where we all want to be! Spring!
Recently I have been falling in love with head wraps. Now let me say this, this trend isn't for everyone. This can be a hit and miss if your not careful.
I have tried this look recently with silk scarves and I find that I love them.
You can also accomplish this style with a cotton scarf as well.
This time I used a cheetah print scarf.
I wore this with a simple black peasant  dress. It's adorable but not all the time. Ladies it's good to try something new .

The Feminine Diva

I woke up today and I just had this amazing feeling to just be feminine and dramatic. All the fashionistas out there I know YOU can relate. All I have to do is run out and so some quick errands but I just wanted to be the true diva that I am and be all dolled up!
Being true to myself I put on some black high wasted leggings that are warm. Even though it's getting warmer, it's still a little cool outside. I put on my cream blouse with black lace detailing. 
This adds to the femininity of the look in a subtle way. To be dramatic I wore my classic suede black pumps! This look is really for the day but it can also be a great idea for date night!!
Also I tried something new today by adding the turban head wrap. In the fashion world this trend is blowing up! I am here to show you one if the many ways you can wear it. 
You can also wear a turban for a more dressed down look with combat boots and a leather jacket. I will show you how to do that another time.
To accessorize I added some draping pearls and some studs. Keep this look simple and classy with minimalist pieces is the key. 
To go out all O did was add a pea coat Andy black top handle Kenneth Cole bag.

Colorfully Chic

Feeling excited about the warmer weather that's suppose to be coming! I took it upon myself  to "encourage" Mother Nature if you will. I believe with this outfit I have done just that!!
Today I began to feel full of life and bright! What better way to express that then through my outfit. 
Today I grabbed my bright green blazer that I love and I decided to do something alittle different. I added my electric blue blouse!
Most people wouldn't put two bright and electric colors together because they feel as if it would clash. The trick to this is using two colors that play off of each other. Here I did blue and green, these colors compliment each other on the color wheel.
To make it just a bit casual I put only favorite skinny jeans and tucked the front of my blouse in. 
You can also wear your blouse completely out, but there is a sophisticated presence when your shirt is tucked in.
I had to run some errands and it's a bit cooler than usual! With that being said I grabbed my bright red orange Uggz. Now you can wear this outfit with some funky bright heels for a great sunny day out.
I always say stay true to your own personal style and I do the same thing! Here I put on a statement plate necklace under my collar. You can also do this look with some draping jewlery or beads!! Be eclectic and indulge the plenty beautiful shades of colors!!

A Fashionista's Blues

This spring it's all about the blues and the greens! Especially with the pastel shades because of Easter coming up.
The personal style today is the sophisticated chic eclectic! I haven't tried a look like this in a while. Just as I encourage you to broaden your fashion spectrum I do the same! It's all ways good to play with a few looks to try to see what works for you.
Today I had the fashionista's blues with a touch of green with dressed up accessories to add some drama.
I decided to go with my button down suede blue shirt and my sage green skinny jeans.
I threw my green sweater vest right over it to add another layer of texture to look. I opted to button my shirt all the way and add my necklace under the collar. Usually  I don't do this but this look requires this type of styling as well as tucking in the shirt at the front.
The necklace is silver, gold and white which gives just another touch of texture. You can use a solid gold plated necklace that will do the same thing.
I chose this necklace instead because of the snake print sling back pumps I grabbed. These are a great staple piece for this look, again the print adds another texture and variety which allows the outfit to stand out even more.
 A fashionista should always have multiple layers of textures to give onlookers something to keep looking at you and draw their eyes from top to boy to forcing them to admire this outfit in it's entirety!!!
