Retro in Pink
Inspiration can come from anywhere. It can come from a person, place, thing , or even a generation. I just love the look of the 50's and 60's in general how feminine the look was back then. Today this is my inspiration and I want to inspire your fashion decisions with it as well. This retro look is inspiring for me just as much for you. I want to break down the barrier that makes us curvy ladies feel restricted to certain looks.

Today I decided to channel my inner 50's style maven and this is what I came up with.
I have on a black crop top from DressBarn. This piece I definitely live because of it's comfort. The pink pencil skirt is from Annie Sez. They also have fabulous pieces so stop by once in a while and get yourself something cute. Look at their shoes too. They usually have good sales daily.
My head band is from JCPenney . I'm sure by now you all know that's one of my favorite places.
My black pumps are from Prima Donna Boutique. Always a fabulous place to shop and great for accessories.
I paired this look with thin black hoops and shimmer bracelet.
Love this retro look and it's completely chic and fashion forward.
This look is definitely a favorite on the streets! Every fashionista should try this look at least once before the summer weather is out!
